Probate

Probate is the process by which legal title of property is transferred from a decedent's estate to his/her beneficiaries. The cost of this process varies, but the filing fee with the court is $200 and attorney's fees and other costs generated are based upon the amount of work done. The basic deposit for a standard probate is $1750 and my hourly rate is $200.
