Competence. Compassion. Communication. Terry Lee.
A
good attorney is not a luxury. When you’re faced with a life-altering event – divorce, a DUI, planning for disability, incapacity or the end of your life – an experienced and empathetic attorney can be the best investment you’ve ever made.

Deeply experienced in family law, DUI and misdemeanor defense, wills and estate planning, Terry Lee works closely and collaboratively with each and every client to resolve their issues. His goal is to understand each client’s needs, and to tenaciously and forcefully protect their interests.

When he was sworn into the Washington State Bar, Terry took an oath as “An Attorney and Counselor at Law.” Throughout his legal career, he has taken the latter responsibility very seriously. As a counselor at law (not just an attorney), he encourages and supports alternative dispute resolution methods, and isn’t afraid to seek creative solutions.

Terry works only in areas of law where he is experienced and competent. He is responsive — he promptly returns phone calls and emails. He is empathetic – he understands that each case, and each client, is different. His fees are flexible; he is willing to work with clients to ensure that they are represented effectively, vigorously and competently.

Washington State law – and the interpretation of that law – is constantly changing. A good lawyer must constantly immerse himself in recent case law. A great lawyer not only meets the state bar’s continuing education requirements – he exceeds them. Terry consistently exceeds the Washington State Bar’s continuing education requirements.

Terry has long been recognized as one of the leading attorneys in Clark County. He has served as a Governor on the Washington State Bar, and is the former President of the Family Law Section of the Clark County Bar Association. Often Terry has taught seminars at local colleges and similar educational settings.
